In the heart of the Marina of St. Francis, in the residence Les Marines, very popular and secure. In the immediate vicinity of all amenities (shops, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants, beach, departures excursions to the islands, golf, sailing school, casino, airfield). T2 apartment on the ground floor with deck in the front and courtyard in back . Beach 3 minutes walk.

Ground floor apartment close to one of the 3 swimming pools of the residence. 2 outside: a patio side room and a terrace side kitchen. A living room with fan and sofa bed, an air-conditioned bedroom with bed 160 that can be separated into two twin beds of 80. WC separated from the bathroom, walk-in shower. Washing machine. Coffee machine dolce flat screen. The air conditioning in the room is new (August 2018) and is powerful enough to cool the living room.
350 € / week from April 16th to December 14th € 560 / week from December 15th to April 15th.
