This was our second time staying at the amazing Caron Camp! It is the perfect getaway for those who need a peaceful and relaxing north woods getaway. You have access to the incredible Maine north woods where you can fish, kayak, canoe, hike or look for wildlife. Becky the host is so lovely, kind, and responsive! The camp is always super clean, spacious, and offers a variety of seating areas no matter what the weather. We look forward to staying again!

Nice getaway.

Great cabin in the middle of the woods. It was a lovely alternative to tent sleeping and the outside patio area was the great hangout area. Highly recommend to get away from city and work life.

A Gorgeous Getaway

The Caron Camp is a perfect getaway for those looking for quiet, relaxation, water, and wilderness in the great north woods. The camp is fully stocked with perks like an outdoor kitchen and cedarwood hottub! The camp is located in the north woods of Maine so if you are looking to ride the backroads looking for wildlife, or a place to paddle around this is it. You will be immersed in the beauty nature has to offer. Becky our host was so kind and easily reachable as she responded to our questions in a timely manner. She made sure we had everything we needed to make this trip amazing. This stay has made a lasting impression and we are excited to go back some day! :)

Exactly as advertised!!!

The property and lodging is absolutely perfect all modern appliances and a beautiful bathroom ! Nothing is out of place! The river ,Hot Tub, fire pit but the best feature is the outside screened in kitchen/sitting area ! Becky was an absolutely attentive owner without being intrusive we had an awesome time at the Caron Camp!

A beautiful place to relax!

It was a short sweet trip to unwind and unplug for a couple of days. Becky was great to work with and accepted our very last minute booking. We arrived on our own schedule, enjoyed the wood fired hot tub, the sound of the river was so relaxing. We had a little doc visit us both mornings. It was a magical place for a retreat to get a way from the hustle and bustle of life. Well stocked and thought out.

Just the peace and quiet we were looking for!

My husband and I booked this property to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary and after driving for over 12 hours to get there, we were very pleased with our choice. The views were spectacular, everything was spotless and easy to find, and the outdoor kitchen and hot tub were the stars of our trip. We brought our dog and though we had to keep him leashed for safety purposes, he had a wonderful time exploring and enjoying nature. Would definitely visit this property again! Hosts were wonderful as well. Hint to future travelers, bring some binoculars. It was the only thing I wished I had brought with me.

Lovely Get-Away Vacation

We successfully got away for a bit to have some peace and quiet. We were blown away with the house, amenities and the view! It was everything we needed. Becky is an excellent host who made sure every detail was perfect. We plan on a visit again this winter.

Aroostook County At Its Best!

Looking for peace, outdoor adventure, and an astounding property? You have found it! The Caron Camp is everything you could ask for--all the amenities and then some--located in the beautiful (and pristine) Maine woods. Becky was absolutely incredible and I can't thank her and her family enough for their generosity and hospitality. We were planning our second trip after the first night. Also, my dog loved running around the trails and chasing the deer scents!

Wonderful Allagash Stay!

I cannot say enough about this stunning property. The views and scenery are even more breathtaking in person than in the pictures. The camp had everything that we needed and then some. Property is fantastic for stargazing! We were able to travel on the Maine logging roads and enjoy local restaurants in St. Francis and Fort Kent. Becky was great with responding when we had questions and an issue with the bathroom light and fan! We highly recommend and can’t wait to go back again!

Absolutely amazing!

My husband and I stayed with our three children (7, 5, & 18months). Everything from booking, to checking in, and our stay was fabulous. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The driveway was a really good place for my older two to ride their bikes. Becky was amazing with answering any questions we had. If you’re looking for an peaceful cabin in the woods, this is the place. If we come back up in the area, I would definitely stay again. Thank you, Becky!

North Woods Oasis

Best vacation in a long while for my family. Becky pays great attention to detail. The cabin was beautiful and inviting. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Would deff rent again❤️
