GROUND FLOOR: Wheelchair accessible: living room (wood-burning stove: free firewood provided) with kitchenette (pyrolytic oven/microwave), bedroom (double bed made up on arrival), shower room and toilet.
UPSTATION: bedroom (two single beds made up on arrival), bedroom (three single beds made up on arrival), shower room with toilet.
Electric heating included. Unfenced garden of 250 m².
The ground floor of the cottage can be rented for 2 people: €425/week except during peak season, Christmas, and New Year's Eve.
Cot and high chair available on request. Accommodation with Wi-Fi. Beds made up on arrival. Located on a 48-hectare property recently replanted with woods, the cottage enjoys a peaceful setting 1 km from the charming village of Saint Fraimbault, awarded "4 flowers" in the "Villages in Bloom" competition, with its 3-hectare lake (fishing, carp fishing, pedal boats, snack bar, mini-golf, fitness trail, children's playground). A restaurant and mini-market are also nearby. Canoeing and kayaking are available 5 km away. The cottage includes Wi-Fi.

Few improvements

Great as a base, no good for families, No internet, no oven, seating was poor. Not really a place to spend time at. But for us, as we were out all the time , it was fine .
