A éviter ! En résumé : le logement "correspond" au descriptif de l'annonce ... Néanmoins, et maintenant on comprend pourquoi, le logement est situé dans un quartier malfamé et le mot est "faible" !!! Sans aucun amalgame , celui-ci se trouve en plein centre d'une cité ! Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes entourés par les habitants de ladite cité, nous faisant bien comprendre que nous n'avons rien à y faire. Plus de précisions, prendre contact avec Abritel ... L'accès en véhicule sur la propriété est tout bonnement impossible sauf si vous possédez un tout petit véhicule ET une garde au sol digne d'un véhicule 4X4 !!!! Pas étonnant que les photos demandées quant à l'accès nous soient parvenues à la dernière minute ! Résulat : après 8 heures de routes et pensant pouvoir nous "reposer" pour le lendemain ... Nous avons pris la décision de ne pas loger et profiter de "l'étape" !!! Trop dangereux et risqué pour la famille. Sur ce, au bout de 16 heures de trajet, le lendemain, nous prenons contact avec Saada de chez Abritel. Après lui avoir exposé notre mésaventure, Saada faisant preuve d'une oreille attentive et de beaucoup d'empathie , fera son maximum pour obtenir une indemnisation ! Résultat : 25 € remboursé par l'hébergeur ! Fort maigre somme toute. Dernière info utile, nous pensions qu'en passant par une plate-forme telle que Abritel, nous étions garantis d'un "label" ! Nous apprendrons que Abritel ne "peut" vérifier l'exactitude des logements proposés! Honteux !!!
