Nestled in its trees, this house located between Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and La Cadière d´Azur, very bright, has 135 m2 of all comforts and consists of a very large living room, 3 bedrooms all air conditioned. It is ideal for 2 couples and 2 children. On the ground floor, a comfortable entrance, a well-equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace ideal for sunny breakfasts, the 2 large master bedrooms (160 cm beds) with their bathrooms and separate WC, a large dressing room. The large living room - mezzanine, and its fireplace opens onto a large terrace and its lovely view of nature in Provence. Upstairs, a TV corner on the mezzanine and the junior bedroom, its 2 single beds (0.90) and its Tropezian terrace accommodates 2 children or adolescents. The large covered parking space can accommodate 2 cars. The house is 2 km from the private beaches (Tapis de Sable) and 4 km from the public beach of Madrague. Enough to spend a pleasant countryside - sea holiday. The house is rented by the week only.
Besides the beach, golf fans can hit balls nearby at Dolce Frégate (2km), enjoy the Sunday market in Saint Cyr, which also has its cinema (1.7 km), beautiful walks in a charming countryside of discoveries. some famous wine cellars, enjoy the island of Bendor ... etc ... etc

Bon séjour malgré quelques désagréments à corriger rapidement

Côté plus, une belle maison spacieuse, très bien située, une literie parfaite (à part les oreillers) des voisins charmants et le couple qui s'occupe de gérer la location en absence de la propriétaire très sympathique et réactif. Les chiens sont bienvenus ce qui devient rare! Côté moins, la cuisine, exiguë, et non climatisée est aussi très très mal équipée. Matériel (casseroles, petit électro ménager, aspirateur) désuet et en fin de vie. Nous avons du demander à changer le tuyau du gaz périmé depuis 2017, la cuisine puait le gaz ! Barbecue extérieur hyper sale et en fin de vie lui aussi, du coup nous avons fait des grillades une seule fois et gâché de la bonne viande sur ce truc poussif ...dommage pendant les vacances de ne pas pouvoir faire de barbecue. Enfin nous avons du relaver tous les plats, assiettes, casseroles du vaisselier cuisine dont nous nous sommes servis, car la propreté était douteuse / très approximative. Sans ces moins pourtant facile à corriger, le séjour aurait été excellent.

Excellent séjour. Dominique met tout en œuvre pour qu'on se sente bien dans sa maison. Elle donne toutes les instructions pratiques, partage les bons filons et se préoccupe de savoir si tout se passe bien. La maison est vraiment conforme aux photos, je dirai même que c'est mieux en réalité. Il y a de la place, on s'approprie très vite cette maison. Il y a tout le nécessaire : linge de lit et de bain, vaisselles mais surtout toutes les petites choses qui permettent de se sentir chez soi et non dans une location. La maison est très bien placée et au calme ! Evidemment le spa est un gros ++++ et le jardin est très appréciable. Bref je recommande vivement.

Maison confortable, spacieuse et décorée avec goût

Dominique est une hôte très accueillante et agréable. Elle a tout fait pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux et c’est vraiment appréciable. La maison est agréable : spacieuse, la deco est récente et moderne. Bref une jolie maison pour découvrir cette belle région.
