Fantastic location, just cross the road and you are on the beach !

No sea view for this flat BUT it is on the sea front. Two bedrooms, one with its own balcony, new fitted kitchen & shower room, separate toilet, living room leading onto terrasse with eating and seating area plus built in barbecue. A staircase from the living room leads down to a cool room of 40m² which also has a separate entrance, this room can be used to store bikes, wind surfing equipment or even camp beds. The whole flat has undergone a total renovation to a high standard. Parking for one car allocated to the flat. Calm and quiet in spite of busy life on the sea front.
Air conditioning will be installed before the summer season.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Simplement parfait

Emplacement privilégié en front de mer. Juste une rue à traverser pour atteindre la plage dans sa partie la plus sablonneuse. L’exposition du côté opposé à la mer offre moins d’exposition aux vents dominants, moins de passage, et plus de silence. Une place de stationnement est réservée dans la résidence. Appartement bien agencé, lumineux, décoré avec goût, et incroyablement bien équipé (linge, petit et gros électroménager, ustensiles de cuisine et couverts, etc). Seul bémol : au-delà de deux occupants, un jeu de clés supplémentaire serait bienvenu.

Appartement ideallement situé : 1 rue à traverser pr être à la plage, ms pas en bord de route, ce qui permet d'être au calme. Très propre, TB équipé et bien aménagé. Petite attention +, Mme Boll avait prévu une petite barrière pr protéger l'escalier et une chaise haute pr notre petite fille. RAS dc si ce n'est qu'une fois arrivé, il ne reste plus qu'à profiter de son séjour.
