Beautiful location

The apartment is located in a peaceful residential street a short walk from the lovely Les Leques beach. Shops and amenities are nearby and it’s an ideal base for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. Whilst the apartment was clean and well presented there were a few things that were not ideal. Communication with the owner was not ideal. Delays in information about check in arrangements and no reply regarding whether the property supplies sheets and towels. I understand that the language barrier is a concern but it is possible to get by with Google translate. Check in time was inflexible. Listing states 4pm check in which was ideal for us as travelling from Nice airport at 12 midday. However the property manager became annoyed when we said we could not arrive until around 2-3 pm as she needed to meet us there and needed to be elsewhere at this time. Perhaps a key safe would useful in this case however was not an option. This made for a somewhat fraught drive from Nice to the property. The property manager then asked for €50 for sheets . As I had purposefully asked the owner if they were provided and received no reply I was somewhat bemused to learn of this charge which is not mentioned in the listing at all. This fee was waived by the owner but unfortunately what ensued was a 4 way conversation between me, the manager, her son and the owner. Similarly on leaving the property the manager asked for € 60 for cleaning , again not mentioned in the listing or at any point prior to or on arrival. There is no air conditioning. It may have been helpful if a few air cooling fans were available in the property, especially in the roof level bedroom which was extremely hot. Only one quite flat pillow per person and pillows did not have pillow protective covers just pillowcase. Overall we had a lovely holiday but clearer information in the listing and better communication with the owner and property manager would have made the experience better.

Superbe séjour dans un appartement moderne et bien situé près de la plage

La location était vraiment très agréable, moderne et tout était propre. On pouvait s'asseoir à l'extérieur, ce qui était très appréciable. L'appartement était vraiment beau et bien situé, à seulement quelques pas de la plage. Le check-in et le check-out ont été un peu compliqués car il n'y avait malheureusement qu'un numéro de téléphone fixe, sans numéro de portable, mais tout s'est bien passé au final.

Séjour idéal au bord de la mer

Appartement idéalement placé. Au calme mais très proche du bord de mer. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cette location sans problème ! Il faudrait toutefois préciser dans le descriptif que la literie et les serviettes de bain sont en sus.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche plage et bien équipé. La place de stationnement est un plus. Seul bémol pas de clim ni de ventilateurs, dommage car en épisode caniculaire la chaleur est étouffante. Merci pour l'accueil.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Schöne, neue Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist noch recht neu und die Lage top. Die Wohnung ist auf 2 Ebenen unterteilt. Auf der unteren ist die offene Küche und das Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer, WC und zwei Schlafzimmer. Oben ist nur ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Treppe ist sehr Steil und für kleinere Kinder nicht geeignet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Man ist in 2-3 Minuten am Strand und in ca. 5 Minuten am Supermarkt und Bäcker. Das einzige was uns in der Ferienwohnung gefehlt hat, war ein Ventilator oder eine Klimaanlage da sich die Wohnung bis zum Abend auf 30 Grad aufgeheizt hat. Allerdings war es auch nachts noch sehr warm draußen, so dass die Wohnung durch lüften nicht runtergekühlt werden konnte.

Cet appartement nous a beaucoup plu : excellente localisation (3 minutes de la plage), excellents échanges préalables avec le propriétaire, soucieux de notre confort de vie, et accueil sympathique de l'intendante, Mme Pascal, très efficace et serviable à chaque appel. L'équipement de l'appartement est très complet et en excellent état, l'ameublement aussi. Rien ne manque. L'espace de cet appartement est intelligemment distribué, bien réparti entre les chambres et le grand séjour et cuisine en L. Un bel appartement chic et facile à vivre. Nous y avons vécu comme dans une petite maison, même si la terrasse ne prétend pas remplacer un jardin. Bref, il a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes, et même mieux.

excellentes vacances Aux Lecques

Excellente situation géographique dans un petit immeuble très calme, dans un quartier très calme, situé à environ 200m de la plage. L'appartement est bien conçu et il est très bien équipé conformément à la description fournie. Il est très bien entretenu et nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement très propre. Le propriétaire est très aimable et très accommodant. Connaissant bien la région , nous avons essentiellement profité de la très belle plage des Lecques avec les jeux aménagés pour les enfants, deux petites filles âgées de 6 et 8ans. Je recommanderais sans hésiter cette location à des amis et il n'est pas impossible que nous y retournions.
