It is located on the 2nd and last floor of a new residence with elevator. This one opens directly into the apartment (private secure access with key)

This one is of a very good standing. The entrance opens directly onto a private reception landing with cupboards and storage for your personal belongings. On the side there is a laundry room.

This luxury property offers a very large living room with equipped kitchen and open to the space dedicated to the dining room and the living room. All opens onto a terrace of approximately 30 m2 with a breathtaking view of the sea.

On the night side the apartment has two bedrooms. They both offer 160 X 190 cm beds and wardrobes for your belongings.

Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a double sink, a shower and a towel dryer. The toilet is independent.
