Quiétude au milieu des coteaux

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné à plusieurs durant un week-end d’avril 2019. Cette propriété, implantée en bordure des coteaux permets aux visiteurs d’accéder très rapidement aux axes routiers, commerces tout en étant idéalement placée, au cœur de la nature. La maison dispose de 4 chambres et 1 vaste salon/salle à manger. Les embellissements sont anciens mais entretenus. Le jardin arboré et clôturé est également très agréable et soigné. A proximité immédiate, un terrain de foot, de pétanque, tennis et skate parc complètent les commodités. A noter la présence d’un barbecue à gaz. Toujours un plus. Ainsi qu’un poulailler. Peut être un plus pour les enfants. José, le propriétaire, est au petit soin et soucieux des locataires. Peut être même trop mais nous avons appris par la suite que nous étions les premiers, ce qui explique certainement ses craintes. Il faut néanmoins s’accorder clairement avec José sur le type de location. A savoir la location de 3 chambres (à l’étage) ou du logement entier. Nous avons eu une mésentente à ce sujet, vite réglée. En conclusion, n’hésitez pas. Excellent rapport qualité/prix ! Bon séjour,
