Our spacious estate is located 15 minutes from the ocean on the west coast of France. The property is particularly suitable for large families or groups of friends vacationing together.
It's an ideal location for accessing the best of France: the historic cities of La Rochelle, Bordeaux, Cognac, Saint-Émilion, and of course, Paris are easily accessible by car or TGV. If you prefer local attractions closer to home, you'll find fabulous sandy beaches, numerous water sports, attractions and theme parks nearby, as well as the famous Puy du Fou and Futuroscope theme parks.
The 5-bedroom villa, including 4 master bedrooms, can accommodate up to 15 people. It features 4 bathrooms and 2 living areas, one of which is outdoors in the middle of the garden. Equipped with fiber optics, Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The villa is just a 15-minute drive from the beaches of La Tranche-sur-Mer and Longeville-sur-Mer, as well as the coast, where you'll find numerous bars, cafes, and restaurants, not to mention the weekly markets. You can also visit the Mareuil wine cellars, whose vineyards are located less than 15 minutes away, to discover and taste our region's wines.
