A shower room with washing machine (2024), separate toilet. 1 bedroom at the front with 1 bed 140, closet and chest of drawers, 1 bedroom at the back with BZ sofa in 140 and wardrobe storage. A beautiful mezzanine with sofa bed in 140, rattan lounge and small hifi system. Vacuum cleaner and ironing kit. Possibility to park two vehicles in the courtyard. Very quiet and residential area, at the end of a dead end. Spacious house, ideal for holidays, about 900m from the beach and shops, close to the international golf course and mini-golf.
