Very nice and nice apartment, very well maintained, T2 100m from the beach and 100m from the lagoon 3km from the city center of St Cyprien Plage. The exact address of the apartment: 2 Donizetti Street, the Patios de la Mer, St Cyprien Beach. Ground floor.
Quiet neighborhood with all amenities on site. There is a first aid station on the beach in the summer. Aqualand is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The Jardin des Plantes is a 15-minute walk away. Shop, restaurant, bread at 100m. Les Capellans shopping center 15 min walk

Vacances plutot agréables

Mer a 3 min a pieds, la plage n est pas surpeuplé bien au contraire. Dans l appartement il y a tout ce qu il faut mais il ne faut pas etre exigeant niveau vaisselle. La personne qui nous a reçu est une femme très agreable et avenante

Manque la clim

Le séjour aurait été parfait s'il y avait eu la clim! La semaine de canicule avec un bébé de 17 mois a été assez difficile. Compliqué de rafrachir l'appartement avec une seule ouverture et un vieux ventilateur qui fait un bruit d'enfer.

Emplacement idéal

Le logement est tel que décrit sur l'annonce. Son emplacement à 100 m de différents points d'acès à la plage, un petit commerce ouvert de 7h30 à 20h00 et surtout le restaurant "Les Régates". Nous avons loués des vélos pour 45 € la semaine/vélo et le port de Saint Cyprien est à 15 minutes. Pour l'amélioration de l'appartement, il faut la CLIM et aussi voir à changer la machine à laver. Encore Merci , Christine & Denis

location très agréable et très bien située pour profiter de la plage mais un peu loin du centre ville et des animations. Très bon accueil et réactivité pour régler les petits soucis du quotidien qui arrivent aussi lors des vacances.

Appartement près de la mer c est super .Une superette est à deux pas de la résidence et des bus peuvent nous emmener dans les environs pour 1 euro comme à Argeles sur mer ou Collioure

Magnifique vacances

Joli petit appartement dans une résidence sécurisée. La location est propre et bien équipée. Une semaine en famille à 100 m de la plage, avec des enfants de 3 et 5 ans au top. On a bien profité de la terrasse :) Merci.
