Built in 2024, Le Petit Nordik spans two floors and offers an ideal setting for hosting family and friends in the heart of nature. It is located less than 10 minutes from Val-Saint-Côme ski resort, a popular destination for skiers and outdoor enthusiasts across Québec.

The chalet features two closed bedrooms, including a mezzanine, with three queen-size beds that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. You will also find a full bathroom with a large ceramic shower, an open-concept kitchen fully equipped with high-end appliances, and a spacious living room for an unforgettable stay.

Outside, enjoy a large terrace with a propane fireplace, a wood-burning firepit, a spa that can accommodate up to seven people, a stainless steel barbecue, and a complete patio set.

Please note that any party or excessive noise after 10 PM, which may disturb the neighborhood, will result in an additional fee of $1,000 and immediate eviction. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all times.
