With its large, bright and well-equipped living room and spacious bedroom upstairs, this gite is ideal for 2 people wishing to discover the riches of this beautiful corner of the Lot department! Between shady walks, canoeing on the Dordogne, visits of heritage sites and gastronomic pleasures...there is something for all tastes! To get to know the social life of the Lot, the Loft library has books by regional authors such as Christian Signol. For those who love cycling, on the one hand, and walking, cycling and map rides on the other hand, are available to residents. In addition, it is possible to rent electric bikes whose rental company, a partner of the Gites de France, offers personalised tours. Entrance to the gite through the main entrance of the property, common parking lot to be shared with the owners, covered shelter for one car. Gite adjoining the owners' house with independent access, private terrace and common ground. Gite converted into a loft with a living room on the ground floor composed of a lounge area with library and flat screen TV, sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, open bedroom with a bed 140, 1 bunk bed 90 for 2 children, a closed bathroom with shower cabin, bath, sink, toilet. Electric heating. Free Wifi.
