Close to the Lot valley and its many tourist sites. On the ground floor, living room/fully equipped kitchen with scullery (compartment. freezer, microwave, combined microwave oven, dishwasher), a bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), shower room , separate wc. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (one with 1.40m bed, and the other with 2 0.90m beds), a relaxation area - reading on the mezzanine, separate WC with washbasin. Electric heating, insert fireplace in the living room, wifi. Unfenced land and private courtyard. Heating by electric convectors in addition on meter reading; wood in supplement at 50€ the stere.
