Lovely place to stay in the Medoc

Patrick was an amazing host who was super friendly and helpful. All of his recommendations for wine tasting, a day at the lake and a beautiful tapas riverside cafe were all outstanding. Thank you so much for your hospitality and welcoming our family to stay. The property was well appointed and as described and the swimming pool was welcomed in the exceptional heat.

Fantastic place and great location for a relaxing holiday

My family and I stayed in August and we had a fabulous holiday. Patrick was a fantastic host, speaking fluent English and providing us with all the advice we needed to plan and enjoy our trip to France. Particularly important was keeping our children (ages 4 and 7) entertained and the swimming pool was very useful, especially on the hottest days. We visited nearby wine vineyards and beaches but our favourite was the Hourtin lake, which was great for swimming, water sports and bike rides. The beautiful accommodation is located in a sleepy village and we found it very relaxing. The accommodation had everything we needed, including modern bathrooms and I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet holiday. Thanks again to Patrick and his wife for helping us enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Stunning property in a beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning property. The pool was fabulous which the kids enjoyed. The owner Patrick was very welcoming and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and to visit. We will definitely be back.

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Landhãuschen mit unseren beiden fast erwachsenen Kindern (16 und 18 Jahre). Das Haus verfügt über eine kleine Küche im Erdgeschoss, zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem neuen, sehr modernen Bad, wie man es sich besser ausgestattet nicht vorstellen kann, und einen Aufenthaltsraum. Jedes Zimmer ist mit wohl ausgesuchten, entzückenden Antiquitäten ausgestattet!Besonders genossen haben wir den 12 Meter langen Pool, in dem wir jeden Morgen unsere Bahnen geschwommen sind.Das Haus liegt traumhaft mitten in den Weinfeldern. Der Garten ist wunderschön und bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten.Die Vermieter Patrick und Emilie sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und für alle Fragen offen.Durch sie haben wir auch erfahren, dass im « Hafen » von St. Christoly jeden Mittwoch ein Fest gefeiert wird mit vielen leckeren Speisen, Getränken und Musik.Vielen Dank an Patrick, Emilie, Margaux und Zephyr (der Hund der Familie), dass wir bei euch so einen schönen Urlaub verbringen durften! Ein Idyll im Médoc

Le ClosLe Bosq ist ein kleines Paradies in einem kleinen, verschlafenen Dorf an der Gironde. Von St. Christoly aus lassen sich Ausflüge machen in die berühmten Weinanbaugebiete des Médoc, nach Bordeaux und an die traumhaften Strände der Atlantikküste. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 15 Autominuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet; es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und sauber. Der Gastgeber Patrick steht jederzeit gern für Nachfragen zur Verfügung und hat hervorragende Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, für Weinproben und für Restaurants. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in St-Christoly-Medoc. Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an Nichts. Der Garten und Pool sind einfach fantastisch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und total hilfsbereit bei Problemen oder Fragen aller Art.
