The gîte is planned for max. 6/8 people, equipped with air conditioning and has its own private entrance. (Surface 90 m²) This gîte is located in a farmhouse, on the ground floor. There is a living room with patio doors to the terrace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, senseo, etc. … On the ground floor is the master bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm.
Upstairs two large bedrooms. One with a double bed (140X190 and the other with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm. And loft bed in 140X190.

Outside on the terrace you will find sun loungers and a table. You can enjoy the sun rays at your leisure with a beautiful view of the hills of the Cevennes.

At any time of the day you can enjoy the heated swimming pool with its terraces, deckchairs and parasols. Pool side there is a nice bar where you have a wide choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails, beers, champagne or sodas, at modest prices.
The cottage is located at the foot of the most beautiful natural park in France, the Cévennes (South-France, Languedoc-Roussillon, Gard department).
The area covers an area of 4200 m². The garden is terraced and we have different fruit trees there. 50 m from our property is the Alzon river.
For all guests, there is a closed car park.
The Jardins de Liny are located about an hour from famous sites such as the Pont du Gard Roman aqueduct, the Camargue and its pink flamingos, the Ardèche, the Roman city of Nîmes and its arenas, Avignon, and Arles. You will also find the caves of Trabuc the Grotte des Demoiselles and the caves of the Salamander as well as the beaches of the Mediterranean (Le Grau du Roi, Aigues Mortes, ...)
