Le studio était conforme à l’annonce, malheureusement le nettoyage n’était pas fait. Nous avons retrouvé beaucoup d’insectes dans le lit (pas des punaises !), les protèges matelas ne semblent pas avoir été nettoyés, l’intérieur des armoires étaient poussiéreux, il y avait encore de la nourriture du précédent occupant dans le frigo, le dessous du canapé lit était recouvert de poussières et d’insectes, le matériel de nettoyage n’était pas entretenu, l’évacuation de la baignoire était complètement bouchée, la terrasse pas entretenue avec des anciens torchons qui semblaient sécher depuis des mois. Bref, la localisation est très bien mais les prestations sont vraiment très très bas de gamme.A titre personnel, même s’il s’agit d’un logement de 28m2, il serait judicieux d’utiliser moins de meubles et surtout des meubles plus fonctionnels et moins massifs.
