Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. - On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, lounge, a bathroom with shower and toilet. - Upstairs: a landing leads to a bathroom with shower, toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 2 twin beds 80x200). - Outside: Closed room to shelter your bikes or other sports equipment. A 12 m² terrace, a south-facing and enclosed garden of 80 m² private, will invite you to relax and barbecue. - Parking for your vehicles in a private courtyard of 80 m². - Accommodation adjoining another gîte (which is scheduled to open in April 2025). - Rental reserved for leisure customers. On the Emerald Coast, this contemporary house will seduce you at first glance. You will fall under the spell of its refined decoration offering a cozy and pleasant setting. You will appreciate its bright rooms just as much. As for its location, you are in St Cast Le Guildo, in the heart of the Castine peninsula. The perfect place for a seaside holiday and only 700 m from the shops. Do you like treading on fine sand? This seaside resort is very popular for its 7 beaches. The closest will be 1.4 km away. Swimming, fishing, sea trips, kayak and paddle rental or hiking on the GR34, there is no shortage of activities! As for our golfing friends, you will be delighted by the site of Pen Guen, and its beautiful sea view over your entire course.
