Ideal for a holiday stay (no cooking but picnic possible and restaurant in the village). Neat decoration and antique furniture throughout the house, with the Plum room (a double bed + possibility of an adolescent extra bed and a child bed = 20 € / bed / night) and the Peach room (two twin beds); they both have their private bathroom and toilet. Child under 2 years free (cot and high chair available). With its unexpected garden, enclosed by walls, its swimming pool, deckchairs, a large south-facing terrace for breakfast and sunbathing, it is a haven of peace full of charm and ideally located at the crossroads of the Dordogne and the Gironde . Located in a peaceful village, you will be 15 minutes from Marmande, 25 from Duras, 25 from Eymet in the Dordogne, 40 from Bergerac, and 40 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot. You can take the vineyard route, savor the gastronomy of the Southwest, discover the many markets of the country, but also sail in a barge, walk or ride a horse in a joyful nature, visit castles or country houses, practice hiking, play golf, canoe-kayak, fly an ULM or simply… go fishing! We will be pleased to guide and inform you to appreciate Lot-et-Garonne which remains a region to discover far from the beaten track!
