Located on the 2nd and top floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and two balconies. WiFi included, we're waiting for you!

The south- and west-facing flat is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, WiFi included, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and TV
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A balcony accessible from the living room, facing west with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
- A second balcony accessible from bedroom 1, facing south.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment in a quiet, well-kept residence with garden close to the sea. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Thanks to its ideal location, you'll have the opportunity to explore the region's pretty countryside, including the beach at Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer for a moment of relaxation or to take advantage of the water sports offered by the town's sailing club. One of these beaches is Juno Beach (where the Canadians landed) at Courseulles-sur-Mer.
If you want to learn more, you can go on an excursion to visit all the Second World War sites in Normandy. Seul bemol cela faisait 30mn que nous étions arrivés, nous rangions nos valises,… la voisine est venu nous trouver et de manière très agressive nous a dit que nous faisions trop de bruit… nous a fait comprendre que la location pour « un couple » ne lui posait pas de problème mais ayant deux enfants elle n’appréciait pas notre venu… au cours du séjour est venu frapper à la porte plusieurs fois de manière très agressive pour nous dire que les enfants étaient très bruyants et que c’était des « sales gosses » Je précise que nous étions absents de 10:00 a 19:00 et une fois arrivés: nous quittions nos chaussures dans l’appartement, les enfants ne couraient pas, ne sautaient pas… en bref ils étaient sages! Dommage… car l appartement est vraiment super! Mais cela a quelque peu enrayé nos vavances!"

Eole "Un vieil appartement rénové, petit en espace et sale. Beaucoup de poussière, la propreté manquait. Les taies d'oreiller avaient des cheveux, des cils dessus. En dehors de la position géographique, elle n'a aucun avantage. La vaisselle rangée dans le même placard avec... l'aspirateur qui était plein de saleté. 6 poêles et casseroles qui ne sont PAS compatibles avec la plaque à induction de l'appartement et sont donc absolument INUTILES. Je ne recommande pas.Cela semble bon marché au début, mais vous n'obtenez pas de serviettes de bain, de linge de lit, de serviettes de cuisine, rien. Ainsi, si vous les demandez à leurs prix, cela vous coûtera autant qu'un appartement plus cher, au total. Rien ne m'a particulièrement dérangé, mais la saleté l'a fait. Et les cheveux, les cils sur le lit... Je considère cela intolérable."
