Adjoining the owners' property, the cottage offers a large living room, equipped kitchen, toilet, and laundry room. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a sink (2 queen-size beds and 2 single beds). Aqualand Agen and Walligator are about 20 minutes away. Nearby, Malbentre swimming pool, caves.
