Electric shoe dryer. Balcony. Sheets included and beds made. Access 50 m on foot. Secure garage available to store bicycles. 19th century country barn, in local stone and renovated slate roof located in the heart of a typical hamlet. Very calm. South-eastern slope. Very good comfort. Spacious and very well equipped. Warm mountain character with exposed beams. Very neat decoration. Country barn located 12km from the Orelle gondola for Val-Thorens/3 Vallées (largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes). Many other reference ski areas nearby: La Norma at 13km, Aussois 15km, Valfréjus 16km. Superb Nordic ski site in Aussois 16km away. At the gates of the Vanoise National Park and the magnificent Haute-Maurienne region renowned for its baroque religious heritage. Ultra privileged location to radiate in summer and winter on different massifs & resorts (skis, hiking & cycling). Many mythical passes! 9km from Modane, a stopover town for Italy (all shops & services). Charming typical hamlet in a splendid preserved natural setting. Ideal for a great skiing, sports or nature stay with the tribe!

A truly amazing house

We stayed in Magalie's place for a week at the beginning of March.The directions to get there were very accurate,and communication with the host was pleasant.The house is located in a charming hamlet with magnificent views.The house is spacious and warm and very,very,clean.We used the Orelle,which is a pleasant 15 minute drive,to access the 3 valleys domain, and there are 3 more resorts in the vicinity.We were 4 adults and 1 teen,but the house can easily accomodate two families with kids. There is another unit in the same house,so its also ideal for a bigger group. If you're like us and prefer lodging outside of the resorts to get the authentic alpine village atmosphere,I highly recommend this place!

Endroit adapté à un grand groupe, chacun a son espace, pièce à vivre agréable, vue très agréable, au pied de petits chemins, à 10 min du centre, 20 de La Norma, vraiment agréable. Petit souci acoustique avec les voisins du dessous réciproquement, avec des enfants, difficile de ne rien entendre. Propriétaire accueillante et réactive et flexible. Bien nettoyer à la fin même si ce n'est pas demandé pour éviter prise sur caution
