Gite located on the 1st floor from the common entrance in the Town Hall on the street side (but 2nd floor if access from the land because building on the side of a slope) comprising an entrance, living room-kitchen lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms ( 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm / 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm), a shower room, separate WC. Common room with summer kitchen on the ground floor. Shared flat ground with garden tables and chairs. Combined washer-dryer in common on the landing between the 2 gites. This village school now includes the town hall and 2 cottages. On the road to a mythical high pass and 3 km from a resort linking the Sybelles ski area, this village is an ideal starting point for skiing or hiking. The 2 cottages on the same floor are functional and decorated in a palette of bright and tonic colors. The 2 cottages can be rented together to accommodate a total of 12 people. The common room is extra (direct rental with the Town Hall) In the heart of a mountain village, a remarkable renovation of two municipal gîtes – a truly beautiful and vibrant achievement! A special bonus is the large common room with a kitchen on the garden level, perfect for gatherings with family or friends for a weekend or longer. As the St. Colomban des Villards ski resort is currently closed, except for the beginner area, other ski resorts are accessible: Domaine St. François Longchamp/Valmorel (26 km), La Toussuire/Les Sybelles (35 km), and Orelle/Val Thorens/Les 3 Vallées (38 km). The Le Grand Coin Nordic area in Montaimont (23 km) offers 40 km of cross-country skiing and skating trails.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
