Chambre un peu vétuste, support de pommeau douche HS , porte douche HS , chasse d’eau qui se remplit en 30mnt , mais suffisant pour 1 nuit .

Horrible des le debut le TPE pour payer la chambre ne fonctionnais pas de plus odeur de renfermer horrible dans la chambre ,on ais rester 1h le systeme incendie c'est declencher avec la vapeur de la douche et on c'est fait accuser d'avoir fumer dans la chambre , la douche archaïque que la literie avec punaises de lit,hotel a fuir, a éviter du coup on ais rester 1h on c'est fait rembouser ,le gerant devrais changer de metier ,une honte de tout niveau a fuir .

Nous avions reserve avec lit double et nous avons eu 2 lits jumeau car il n y en avait pas de disponible ,l internet ne fonctionnait pas et quand ma copine a demande ce qui n allait pas le prepose lui a parle d un ton tres arrogant .Elle a du lui dire de change d attitude ,ca l a quelque peu calme mais il etais tres desagreable jamais je n ai eu une aussi mauvaise experience dans un hotel et j en ai fait plusieurs

Très surpris de devoir soulever la porte de la sdb pour la fermer. Technique appropriée qui n'est pas à la portée de tout le monde. Après mon départ, non moins surpris de recevoir Sms sur mon portable m' informant que l' on ne trouvait aucune trace de paiement. Suite à ma réponse indiquant le règlement par carte sur le net lors de la réservation, j'ai reçu confirmation que j'avais raison.

bon accueil et chambre agréable.

arriver en retard le responsable m'attendait afin de me donner la clef. Petit déjeuner trop tard. Dans l’hôtel le chateaubriand à Nantes petit déjeuner à 8 € pour une tasse de café et 2 petites viennoiseries c'est un peu cher.
