This is a newer property so it contains quite a few security measures that work well. The location is great in relation to the some of the main tourist attractions and fairly close to a subway entrance. Price was good for the location and we greatly enjoyed coming and going from this place.

Excellent start with friendly staff. Nicely located in upscale Sanlitun. Can walk to the mall across the street and under it, not far from sightseeing locations, but you’ll need to take Taxi/Didi

Park Plaza was good. The location is, in my opinion, excellent! The staff was ok. It seemed that any time i asked for something, (maybe 2 times?), they seemed annoyed. The restaurants close early in my opinion, then again its my understanding that Beijing is not a late night spot.
I had put "do not disturb" on my door, and my room was cleaned anyways... can be a positive however you look at it. I really didnt want anyone in my room and my wish was not accommodated.
The food is just OK.
I might stay here again if i go back but its very standard.
