This property was in fact divided between the main house, the winery, the forge and an annex farm, and extended over more than 70 hectares. She has been in the Levrat family for over 70 years. Ideally located, you will be 30km west of the historic center of Toulouse and 17km from the Isle-Jourdain leisure center in the Gers (possibility of swimming, wake-boarding, etc.).
