Je déconseille cette hotel, il n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, les chambres sont sales il y a des odeurs partout dans l’hotel sauf la reception, la clim ne fonctionnait pas, beaucoup de moustiques dans les chambres, le seul point positif est la piscine. Et en plus il est très cher sa ne vaut pas le coup.

Sejour du 9/08 au 12/08. Service inexistant, on demande un lit bébé à l arrivée , le bébé avait été spécifié lors de la réservation, on nous dit que ça va arriver, deux heures après , rien , et au troisième passage à la réception on nous dit que ça va arriver, et là mise à disposition d un lit parapluie sale et sans draps ( peut être fallait il les demander aussi 3 fois …). Kitchenette à disposition, sans aucun ustensile de cuisine, quel intérêt ? Là aussi nous demandons un micro ondes afin de chauffer les pots de bébé, 3j après, rien… un responsable finit par nous dire qu ils n’en ont pas assez… Aucune poubelle dispo dans la chambre, signalé à la réception, et devinez … ça va arriver…( j attends tjs) Les draps sont courts et un seul est mis sans recouvrir totalement le matelas. Avec un enfant en bas âge et poussette, on nous attribue une chambre aile 0, pour laquelle il faut prendre 3 ascenseurs et passer un labyrinthe pour arriver au parking… quand j ai vu que c était pareil pour une personne handicapée …. 10/08 jour, 19h la chambre n est pas faite, il a fallut encore passer à la réception et réclamer un responsable pour enfin avoir un ménage à 20h. Les piscines sont grandes et bien entretenues. La seule chose où cet hôtel est au rendez vous c est pour vous harcelez à 12h01 si vous n avez pas encore quitter la chambre ( Check out 12h), la seule tâche effectuée avec précision par le personnel de cet hôtel. Un conseil, n y séjournez pas.

Je suis très énervé suite à ma reservation sur l’application expedia, j’ai payé une chambre avec grand lit vue sur la mer à 20€ de plus du 29 au 31 décembre. Arrivé à l’hôtel, l’attente est longue et ils n’ont pas connaissance de ma réservation malgré les preuves de réservations que j’ai reçu par email de votre part. Finalement ils m’accompagnent dans une chambre qui n’est pas celle que j’ai réservé : 2 lits separés , aucune vue sur la mer Amine l’agent d’accueil me dit que les seules chambres donnant vues sur la mer sont les suites et il me laisse comme ça dans une chambre avec vue sur la piscine et non la mer personne très désagréable.

Toujours le meme agents d’accueil médiocre .. Je finis par rajouter troisième nuit Harold, heureusement il n’arrive toujours pas à retrouver la réservation sur leur base de données. Il me sort comme excuse que la réservation a été faite dans l’autre hôtel Radisson blue qui se trouvait juste derrière Je lui explique que ce n’est pas possible car j’ai bien sélectionner celui-ci Il finit par aller derrière dans leur salle pour vérifier ensuite reviens me voir et me dit que j’ai bien réservé dans l’hôtel derrière Mais qu’il me donneront une chambre ici je trouve pas ça logique je pense plutôt que de mentais enfin bref il finit par me donner ma chambre d’hôtel 20 minutes après .. Je vous conseille vraiment de ne pas mettre cette personne à l’accueil car elle vous fera fuir les clients petit à petit ..
