Very nice 2 bedroom appartement

Very nice 2 bedroom appartement, with underground parking space. Entrance to parking is quite narrow with a bigger car, but also plenty of street parking close by. Terrace is really nice. Central A/C makes the place nice and cool during hot summer. Shops close by, 10 min walk to the beach. Very lively "promenade" at the beach in the evening.
