Villa neuve de standing nichée à deux pas d Uzes et de son célèbre Duché et marché ! Au Calme farniente et loisirs au rendez-vous !
Située dans le triangle au cœur d' Uzès /Collias/Pont du Gard
Entre vignobles, lavandes et oliviers, votre séjour dans notre belle région en associant le confort du neuf, les espaces détentes, la fonctionnalité et une décoration épurée dans notre villa fraîchement installée.

Au fond d une impasse avec la vue au loin sur Uzes la guarrigue et les gorges du gardon, entrez dans un jardin clos et arboré de différentes essences de végétaux. On y trouve la piscine, le pool house, espace repas et transats plein sud.
La villa totalement climatisée dispose d une très grande pièce de vie dans un esprit colonial et zen ouvrant sur la terrasse avec ses grandes baies vitrées.
La cuisine équipée très fonctionnelle ouverte sur l espace repas puis sur le salon, TV…
2 espaces nuits (1 au rdc et un l étage) décoration et ameublement de qualité avec une touche d'exotisme aux inspirations de voyage. Quatre chambres spacieuses, deux salles de bains avec douches à l italienne et deux toilettes.

Vous vous situez à 2 mn d Uzes en voiture, pour les amateurs à 15 mn en vélo (accès directement par la voie verte à proximité de la villa, vélos à disposition).

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in dem wunderschönen Haus verbringen können. Der Pool war toll, alles sauber, Klimaanlage, schnelles Internet. Alles, was man benötigt, war vor Ort. Wir haben die Zeit dort wirklich genossen!!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Wir haben in diesem schönen Haus von Cyrille und Katia einen Wunderbaren Monat September verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nette Ansprechpartner. Einrichtung und Umgebung liessen keine Wünsche offen. Die Centrale Lage von Sagries ist ein super Ausgangspunkt um Südfrankreich mit den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Avignon, Rhone Delta, Bambuswald, Cevennen, Uzes und Nimes liegen in nächster Nähe. Wir sind sogar bis nach Carcassonne, eine eindrückliche Festungsanlage, gefahren. Vielen Dank das wir bei Euch wohnen durften. Grüsse Markus😘

Séjour très agréable et calme

Séjour très agréable et logement impeccable. La communication avec les propriétaires est excellente et nous avons passé 15 jours très agréable dans une magnifique région. Ils ont su répondre à toutes nos questions avant et pendant le séjour. Le logement est idéal pour 2 familles avec 2 espaces bien distincts. Piscine très agréable et bien entretenue. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet bien si vous voulez passer de beaux moments au calme.
