One bedroom apartment above the garage. Quiet setting surrounded by trees. Country feel just minutes away from the Pend d'Orielle River and Lake. Only five miles miles to scenic Sandpoint.

Queen bed in the bedroom, perfect for a couple. Also has a sofa-bed in the living room.
Coffee maker; toaster; microwave; induction cooktop; and mini-fridge. With cookware, dishes and silverware.
High speed Wi-Fi via Ziply cable. Good cell reception with Spectrum / Verizon. Flat screen TV with DISH.

Guest access
Easy access from Highway 95. You will have the entire apartment to yourself, via the stairway beside the garage. Keypad entry. Wild turkeys, whitetail deer and quail are frequent visitors.

My Treehouse Experience

Great Ski Trip

We stayed here for a quick weekend ski trip at Schweitzer. Extremely quick and easy to get to the mountain, and the apartment is clean and has everything you need. We had a great stay and would absolutely return for our next ski trip!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The description was very accurate, so everything was as we expected. Steve is a very nice host and he welcomed us with all of the warmth.

Excellent! Very clean and well appointed

Excellent host who communicated well and provided a clean and fully stocked guest apartment. Host lives on site, but was less visible than the turkeys roosting there. My husband was impressed to have coffee and sharp knives. I was impressed to have nice paper towels, kleenex, and plenty of clean towels. Very, very clean! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with wildlife. Great value!

Northern Idaho retreat

After a retreat I had planned on attending was cancelled, I had to find another way to retreat by myself. I thought of going where I enjoy connecting with nature. So I searched and found The Treehouse. It was a quiet, separate space with enough of amenities that I needed. I received messaging of the opportunity to arrive early if I wished. I was greeted upon arrival and gained access quickly and easily. From there I was given privacy and yet checked in on to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. I was not a fan of the bed. It was not like my foam mattress at home. However, in reading the comments from other guests in the guest book, others really enjoyed the bed. There were plenty of extra pillows, blankets available. I appreciated the snacks and waters that the hosts left. There was even popcorn although I didn't partake. I will definitely check availability here next time I come to the area.

Quiet and Peaceful

I would highly recommend this property for a couple or two couples. It's quiet and off the main drag. Very nice and clean. The ower was great about communicating. Overall 10/10 would recommend. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Soccer Tournament

My kids and I were in town for a soccer tournament. This was a wonderful, peaceful place to stay. I only wish we were there more throughout the day to enjoy it more.

Quiet little getaway in the trees

Our family had a fabulous stay at the Treehouse. The decor was nice and it was super clean. It has all the amenities of home. Pat and Steve were amazing hosts. We hope to stay again soon.
