Unser Giebelzimmer direkt unter dem Flachdach in der 3. Etage. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Die Fenster keine Fliegengitter (sehr viele Mücken), auch nicht von Tage- oder Wochenalten Spinnennetzen befreit. Entsprechend viele Spinnen im Zimmer. Die Zimmerausstattung ist für den verlangten Preis gut. Bequemes Doppelbett, ein TV, ein weiteres Zimmer mit Couch und noch ein TV. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Alles recht neu. Die Reinigung: verbesserungsbedürftig. Treppen zu den Laubengängen mit vielen Schwalbennester inklusive. Die Hinterlassenschaften der Vögel auf den Laubengängen wurden lange nicht entfernt. Unser Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage; noch im Bau inklusive abgestellter Baumaschinen und Baumaterial. Frühstück war extra zu buchen: 15€/Person. In Buffetform, ausreichend und in guter Qualität vorhanden, leider nur eine Kaffeemaschine, an der sich Schlangen bilden. Die räumlichen Verhältnisse sind für die Gästeanzahl allerdings viel zu klein. Es kann schon mal passieren dass jemand deinen Tisch anrempelt und den Kaffee auf diesem verteilt. Das Personal hier ist nett und sehr bemüht und schafft es auch in annehmbarer Zeit alles aufzufüllen und abzuräumen. Fazit: wir werden uns nächstes Mal eine andere Unterkunft suchen aber die Rezensionen für diese im Auge behalten. Vielleicht bessert sich das ja noch. Ist ja noch relativ neu die Anlage.

Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft. Leider hätte die Grundreinigung mal wieder sein müssen. Es gab viele Spinnen und Schmutz in der Unterkunft. Die Lage und der Ausblick ist klasse. Die Betten sind bequem.

Great stay!

Great stay, wonderful cabin with sea atmosphere! A restaurant that caters to both adults and kids in a good way! We appreciated the wines as well as the trampolines. Recommend!

4/10 – Enttäuschend, entspricht leider nicht den Erwartungen Das Zimmer war groß, gemütlich und gut möbliert. Das Personal war freundlich, stets gut gelaunt und hat jeden Morgen höflich gefragt, wie es uns geht. – Leider entsprach die Unterkunft insgesamt nicht den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Die Anlage ist aktuell eine Baustelle – überall Sand, Staub und Unordnung. Fenster und Terrassen waren bei unserer Ankunft sichtbar schmutzig. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch im Gemeinschaftsbereich zu wünschen übrig: Die Dusche war ungepflegt, Geschirr und Wasserkocher in der Küche waren sehr schmutzig. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und für den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Nach 7 Stunden Anreise und nur 5 Tagen Urlaub war die Enttäuschung leider groß. Fazit: Wenn Sie trotzdem buchen möchten, empfehlen wir die teuersten Zimmerkategorien – möglicherweise ist dort die Qualität besser.

Allgemein ist das Floatinghouse eine schöne Unterkunft. Allerdings waren beim Haus Nr. 3 die Poltster auf dem Sonnendeck verschlissen und die Treppe zum Sonnendeck hatte defekte Stufen. Das Haus benötig Pflege.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage, umgeben von Natur und mit direktem Wasserblick. Es bietet eine Vielzahl an Zimmerarten, darunter Doppelzimmer, Suiten und Zimmer mit Sauna. Die ruhige Lage macht es ideal für Gäste, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Das Hotel ist sowohl für Familien, Singles als auch ältere Gäste geeignet, die eine entspannte Auszeit verbringen möchten.Ich hatte ein Executive-Doppelzimmer direkt am Wasser gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit zwei Balkonen und einer Sauna,Bad und Küche . Es war komfortabel eingerichtet und bot einen weit Blick aufs Wasser. Leider ist die Sauberkeit im Hotel verbesserungswürdig. Während meines acht Nächte langen Aufenthalts wurden die Zimmer kaum gereinigt. Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt, und die Handtücher blieben liegen. Für Service muss man den Hotelmeister rufen. Ich musste zweimal zur Rezeption gehen, um meinen Mülleimer leeren zu lassen, da niemand dort war. Am dritten Tag kam dann der Hotelmeister und entfernte den Müll. Die Rezeption ist freundlich, aber nicht immer zuverlässig. Das Hotel ist von hohem Gras umgeben, das einige Risiken birgt, wie Schlangen. Es gibt genug Mücken,Schnecken und Spinnen. Frühstück nicht gebucht, 27€ ist zu teuer. Das Abendessen ist zu teuer für eine kleine Portion, und nicht gut. Schöne Restaurant. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit Auto zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, mit viel Natur, Strand und Meeresbrise. WLAN hat in mein Zimmer leider nicht funktioniert.

Schönes Hausboot am Bodden gelegen, etwas Abseits vom Trubel. Mit dem Auto oder dem E-Bike ist man aber flexibel und kommt gut von A nach B. Das eigene Restaurant bietet sehr leckeres Essen an, die Servicekräfte sind stets freundlich und man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Die Innenausstattung (Highlights) vom Hausboot: -Dampfsauna (in der Dusche integriert) -Whirpoolbadewanne -Dachterasse Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber gewesen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, allerdings musste man häufig das Servicepersonal drauf hinweisen wenn nichts mehr nachserviert wurde, z.B. fehlte die Milch im Kaffeevollautomaten, vereinzelt Aufschnitt, etc. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten sicherlich eine schöne Zeit dort und es ist nicht touristisch überlaufen. Für Ausflüge der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück gewünscht und etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit der Servicemitarbeiter. Da wäre noch etwas Luft nach oben.
