The apartment is located on the property from the owner on the outskirts of Sagard. Good starting point for hiking and biking on the Jasmund Peninsula. Shopping nearby. Distance to the sandy beach 6 km, to the ferry port 4 km, to the train station / RPNV 0,6 km

The apartment is spread over 2 floors and offers enough space for up to 4 people - ideal for a family holiday. The apartment is accessed via a separate entrance, this is fully equipped, in the living room with satellite TV, comfortable seating and dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate kitchen and upstairs are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed or 2 single beds , Bed linen is provided, towels must be brought with you. The large terrace and playground with barbecue area behind the house can be used by the holiday guests of course with. Also includes a parking space is available. Shops are located about 300 meters nearby - hairdresser and several restaurants are also available close by.

Unterkunft

Ich war sehr unzufriedenen gewesen. Es gab keine sitzmöglichkrit für draußen...mussten bei der vermieterin auf ihre Terrasse sitzen. Auch wenn die küchenausstattung sehr einfach ist...sollten die kochtöpfe mal ausgetauscht werden. Am ersten Tag gab es kein warmes Wasser...erst nach mehrmaligen Anfragen wurdr was unternommen...denn die Heizung war kaputt gewesen. Ich würde nicht wieder buchen. Für das Geld ist die Unterkunft nicht wert da gibts bessere.

Unser Aufenthalt in Sagard war wirklich angenehm. Die Wohnung mit 2 Etagen ist recht hübsch.

Toll finde ich die Weitläufigkeit des Geländes. Man darf viel mit benutzen - Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit, Wäscheleine für die Badesachen,... Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Küche eventuell etwas zu einfach ausgestattet. Z.B. gibt es keinen Backofen. Wer mit seinen Kindern an einem Regentag ein Spielchen machen möchte, bringt sich seine Spiele von zu Hause mit. Auch davon ist nichts da. Nichtsdestotrotz die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und man kann alles mit ihr besprechen.
