¡Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! Esta casa ha sido completamente restaurada. Nueva cocina, con encimeras de granito, gran isla central con capacidad para 6. Baño a estrenar, con toallas incluidas. Lavadora, secadora en el sótano. Hay 3 dormitorios, 2 camas individuales y 2 reinas nuevas, también, un sofá cama / futón, ventiladores de techo en cada habitación. Todas las sábanas incluidas. Amazing location, sweet beach house, great getaway!

Loved our long weekend at this cozy, clean, renovated house. Beach across the street is gorgeous and surprisingly uncrowded—very good for small children as no waves and no undertow. We had a relaxing time visiting family members who live nearby.

Great stay over Thanksgiving

Family vacation ‘23

We had a wonderful stay at Liz & John’s cottage. Just a short walk to the beach made it so easy for getting around with our two toddlers. They had everything needed for preparing meals and the washer dryer on premises was great.

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. The house is in perfect condition and has every single thing you could possibly need during your stay. It’s a very quick walk across the street to the beach on a secluded street. A quick walk to a great playground and very close to everything the Cape has to offer. This was our second stay and will absolutely not be our last!

Just what we needed!

This is a lovely home with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could want! The breeze was lovely and the walk to the beach, although a bit of a challenge in the sand, was worth it as it is a clean, quiet and private beach.We had the good fortune to see the full moon rising over the water- breathtaking!

Weekend getaway

The house was ideal for what we were looking for. Can't beat the convenient path to the beach right across the street. It looks like the house has been updated recently. Would definitely consider renting again.

Quiet Cape getaway

Perfect accommodations for a family-a large kitchen and living space to relax. The beds are very comfortable and the Keurig coffee maker makes morning coffee quick and easy. The kitchen is stocked with many utensils and appliances. The private beach is across the street, be sure to wear sneakers for the walk back, it’s steep and sand-filled until you reach the boarded walkway.

Fabulous Christmas at the Cape!!

Beautiful range home. Lovely place with many new features, while keeping the beach like feel. Easily could fit 6 folks. About a 2 minute walk to beach. Easy access to many attractions and surrounding towns. Liz and John were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Big recommend!

Loved this cottage

My family (myself, my husband, my daughter and our 3 granddaughters, aged 5.4.and 2) had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was nice and clean and had a great layout, lovely yard for the girls to play in and a very short walk to a private beach where the girls enjoyed finding rocks and shells and chasing seagulls. Even though we didn't have the greatest weather, it was a nice get away and the girls (all of us) didn't want to leave I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Cottage

Very peaceful area. Few foot steps from the beach. Cottage was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities. Washer and dryer is such a nice convenience. I am going to miss sitting on the patio and enjoying the tranquility. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Cape Cod. Thank you so much

Great… Great… Great!

Had a great time in a great place at a great location. Elizabeth was very responsive to our questions when gathering info and booking. Place was as described and spotless with no surprise. Ample stuff for cooking. Private beach is in fact a 2 min. walk over the dune across the street. Quiet and calm area. Claude V.
