Located on beautiful Sagamore Beach in Plymouth, MA, this classic three-season cottage offers timeless charm and modern convenience, nestled directly on the sugar-white sands of Cape Cod Bay.

Make your way to this peaceful getaway, perfect for a fun-filled family vacation or a cozy couples retreat. While the beach is just steps from your door, you're also within five miles of local favorites like Scusset Beach State Reservation, the Cape Cod Canal bike path, the Sagamore Bridge, and the scenic Herring Run Recreation Area. You’ll enjoy the serenity and the charm of nearby historic Sandwich with waterfront dining, museums, and championship golf at The Pinehills just minutes away, all without ever crossing the bridge.

Follow your dune path to the water and step into a world of tide pools, sailboats, and endless beachcombing. The expansive sandbar, ever-shifting and shaped each spring by winter storms, offers gentle waves and shallow waters at low tide, perfect for kids to explore and play. Unlike many coastal spots, this beach is growing, not eroding, and reveals new beauty with every season.

Inside, the cottage features a full kitchen for preparing favorite meals, a cozy dining space for family dinners and board games, and a relaxed living area with a smart TV for downtime. Outside, enjoy warm-weather cookouts on the gas grill, dine alfresco on the large furnished patio, or head up to the roof deck to soak up the sunshine and take in panoramic views of the bay.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
