Perfect stay
Just the perfect stay for our family! We loved the patio for the kids to play in and had a wonderful stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable. There's a great pub next door that serves Italian food and has a great yard and play structure for the kids. We also visited the Audley End House and Audley Miniature Railway and Fairy Walk while we were there and it was a perfect combination for a little getaway. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful stay
The property has everything to make our stay comfortable. It is located quite far from a grocery store so if you arrive by train and are staying a few days, perhaps pick up a few necessities. The pub next door cannot be counted on for dinner. We went over to order pizza at 17:50 and were told they were out of pizza. They do not serve anything else. Thanks to Carolyn for providing wa hat was needed for our first breakfast. If we had a car, this place would be perfect!

Perfect pit stop
Trout end Studio is great for family with small kids. It is clean and comfortable and the outside courtyard is lovely. The pub next door was great and had play area for the kids. The bakery Loaf opposite was also fab
