Balcony off of the living room overlooks the canal and trees. Premium sound white noise machine.

To enter the unit it is required you grow up a set of stairs, about 10 steps.

Does not look like it’s pictured. It’s dirty, and dusty. The owners control the AC UNIT, and won’t go below 72. The female owner is rude!
