Beautiful home, fewer bedrooms rooms than listed

First, we want to say that this is a gorgeous house. My group of college buddies, most of us now in our sixties, had a great time. Lots of relaxing in the pool and hot tub, it was nearly perfect for our long weekend. But we must mention that the number of bedrooms is misrepresented. We had 10 people total in attendance. It clearly lists that there are 5 bedrooms AND an office, but that is not correct. There are 5 bedrooms with one that has been converted into an office and has a queen size air mattress in it. We were charged 2 extra person fees (which we were aware of before our visit), but we were not aware that the 2 people we paid extra for would spend the weekend on an air mattress with foam and pillows under blankets but without sheets. The bedroom (listed as bedroom 5 in the attached listing with a queen bed and futon) does not exist. Our rating would have been five stars if there had been 5 bedrooms with real beds, as listed. That would have been perfect.

Peaceful Getaway for Family and Friends

Our group of family friends loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults, 4 little ones, and one dog. We spent most of our time soaking up the sun in the beautiful backyard pool, and the kids loved the horses that came by to say hello through the fence. Valerie, the host, was responsive and helpful with all my questions, both before and during our stay. When I messaged her about how to turn on the hot tub heater, she let me know there was an additional fee for that (which she mentioned in the listing, and I just missed it). She also made it clear upfront that this isn’t a party house and asked us to keep noise to a minimum, which was fine for our group.I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway that can accommodate a group and are OK with keeping the noise down in a peaceful neighborhood.
