Spacious 4bd house with yard in quiet neighborhood, close to shopping & freeway
Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Full Sized kitchen, Living room, family room, dinning room, 2 car garage, and a back yard. Our home is 1648 sqft. Enter the home to a spacious living room, leading to the dining room, adjacent to a full sized Kitchen, with an island and plenty of counter space. The Primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom and direct access to the back yard. Primary bedroom has TV with an Amazon Firestick. The 3 secondary bedrooms have queen beds and are close to a hallway bathroom with tub shower. Single story home allows access for all abilities. Neighborhood Park with tennis courts, and shopping are less than a mile away. 10 minute drive to the freeway. Park 2 cars in our large garage. Outdoor dining set with BBQ and private backyard.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Whirlwind Tour
Thank you Kyle & Lauren for hosting my Minnesota family for a long weekend of visiting my other California families. The house was perfect to hold all 7 of us. The living room, kitchen area and the back patio was large and spacious allowing us to spread out. The location was perfect with family living 2-25 miles away we got through 2 pool parties, a funeral, a reunion and a Grand tour of San Francisco.
Thank you. I would do it again.
