Mediterranean Villa on 2 1/2 acres

Located in a quiet neighborhood full of wildlife, our beautifully landscaped yard includes a pool, with attached spa. Walking distance to disc golf and pickle ball, and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Two hours' drive to San Francisco, wine country (Napa) and Tahoe.

We are looking for a long-term (minimum 3 months) renter. Pool and lawn care included and utilities covered up to $700 per month (anything over $700 is renter's responsibility).
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
