This is an excellent, beautifully decorated little house. It is important to know that it is attached to the back of another house. However, it is completely private, and I liked knowing I was not the only one there. One of my favorite things about the house was the big rain shower, along with a wand too! All in all, a 10!

This property was amazing! Great location with many restaurants/stores within walking distance. The property was sparkling clean. The design and decor of the property was absolutely stunning. I could have spent a week just in the beautiful bathroom! It was easy to communicate with Eric. He immediately returned texts. I’m hoping someday I will stay here again.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Folsom and the home played a big role. It was well laid out, clean, well supplied, and very centrally located to the places in town we wanted to see. There are a lot of great places to eat and trails to walk on, a short walking distance from the home. The owners provided helpful information before our stay and checked in to make sure things were going ok. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable clean and modern cottage in a great location! The entire unit has very updated and upgraded fixtures, appliances, and décor. Comfortable bed and very private overall feel. Great location near old Folsom.
