Experience this 3-bedroom gem in Lincoln, CA. This lovely house features a king bed, a full bed, and two twin beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and washing and drying machines, your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with its own tv. The master bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, large bathtub for added comfort, a separate toilet room equipped with a bidet, and a huge walk-in closet.
The second bedroom features a full size bed.
The third and final bedroom features two twin size beds.
(A pull-out twin size bed with linens is available for one guest located in the master bedroom closet.)
The second bathroom is your standard full bathroom with a bathtub shower, double sinks and plenty of storage.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer with free & clear liquid detergent, softener, iron, and ironing board available for our guests to use during their stay.
Our living room and play area feature two sofas, two swivel chairs, a poker table, and a kids corner. The open floor-plan makes it perfect for entertaining.
Our kitchen and dining area is sure to fit all of your friends and family with our dining table seating six and our kitchen island seating four.
The kitchen comes equipped with a gas stove, fridge and freezer, full pantry, dishwasher, and double sink with plenty of counter space. A Keurig coffee machine is provided for our coffee lovers. Tea is also provided along with syrups and sweeteners. Many more amenities are available for our guests to enjoy.
Our backyard allows for you to enjoy a game of Cornhole while grilling a delicious meal, or just relaxing at our outdoor table that seats six. Propane is available for the grill or safely switch it over to the fire pit and sit around to hang out for a while.

Felt like home - so comfortable!
The rental was really great. It was very roomy and very clean upon arrival. We loved retreating to the rental after a long day's outings. It was so comfortable - no complaints about beds or couches! Bathrooms were well stocked with soaps and towels. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking basics. Maybe a larger skillet would be a good addition, but such a minor thing. The back porch was fun to sit out on. We didn't BBQ, but there was a new unit out there waiting for someone to break it in. The neighborhood park up the street was wonderful and we visited several times. Maggie was a super good communicator and super down to earth. We will be sure to book this place again when we visit family in Lincoln. Highly recommended.
