They canceled our reservation within 10hrs of check in and we had reserved it a month before! It was a horrible experience and I was out over 700 for 3 days but still had to find rooms for that same night! It was horrible business, I woke up to a message at 450am that it was cancelled and check in was supposed to be at 3pm!
