Nice stay!
Location close to UC Davis Med Center, downtown, midtown, etc. Especially loved the pack n play with sheet and baby blanket, booster seat, kids utensils and plates ! Made it very convenient for us to travel with our young children! They were very communicative as well. They didn’t have stoppers for the bathtubs (my kids love to take baths) and they immediately responded that they’d bring some later that day. I appreciated their offer and willingness to do that! I recommend this place! Thanks for sharing your home!

A Super Stay
A group of 6 friends rented the house for a weekend music festival and it was absolutely perfect! Spacious, clean, with everything we needed to cook and be comfortable and a short distance to the venue.

Great stay!
We were in town with some friends for a music festival. This was a great place to stay. Very roomy and clean. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Very caring home owner.
This was not a pleasure trip. My wife,Claudia, was in UC DAVIS Medical Center for brain surgery to remove a cancerous tumor, her second surgery for the same procedure in 19 months.
We wanted a place to stay which was close to the hospital so we could spend most days with my wife in her hospital room.
Selam’s house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and catered to our special needs. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed. Staples such as coffee and tea along with snacks were there for us the moment we arrived.
Selam is the owner and she is a very compassionate person. We were made to feel very welcome and she was always available to respond to questions and our needs. The house is well located with easy access to typical tourist attractions and events.
I would be happy to return to this house as a vacation getaway under happier circumstances.
Thank you Selam for your kindness and sensitivity to our serious business. You are sure to earn your angel wings.

Plenty of room here. I wish the couch was more comfortable, but not much time spent on it anyway. Nice large kitchen and dining area. Beds were comfortable. Host is responsive and check in was very simple.

The house is in a charming neighborhood. Upon arriving, the house was clean and stocked with amenities. I had good communication with the host. The house was very comfortable and met our needs. I asked the host for restaurant recommendations and they a nice list of close by restaurants. I highly recommend Butter and Bacon. Best breakfast food.
