THE SPACE:
Home has a total of 4 smart TV’s. 75 inch in main Living-room & Master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms have smart TV’s. 2 bedrooms have a Cal King size bed, 2 other bedrooms have a Queen size bed. Downstairs office/bedroom has a Queen sofa bed, closet and a desk working area in case your getaway is work related.

This home is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood and is close to the highway for ease of driving. The host was quick with communication, check in was easy and the home had everything we needed to make our stay great. Highly recommended!

The primary room was great. The room with the king bed and balcony had the LOUDEST bed ever. The TV in that room did not work so we moved a tiny TV from a room we were not using and it worked but was tiny. The remote did not work but we did find extra batteries in the kitchen. :) There is only one side table and it has been damaged and has jagged edges. There is plenty of room for 2 side tables. The house is showing a lot of wear and tear. There is a whole in one of the stairs. The repair from an upstairs leak in the kitchen was poorly done. It is well decorated but the quality in repairs looks bad. The cabinets in the kitchen don't match. The lock box had a low battery when we showed up. Once you enter the code, you must wait 20 seconds and then it would unlock. We didn't try the other beds. We did enjoy the well stocked kitchen. The property is well photographed.

A group of friends played in a golf tournament and it was one of the BEST experiences due to Araceli. She was very kind and responsive throughout the process. I stay in a lot of VRBO's and she was the top of the list as a Property Manager. Great house for a large group, good neighborhood with grocery shopping nearby. Thank you!

Great house, host and neighborhood

House was big enough and in a super safe neighborhood. Host is a great communicator and space was clean and wellStocked with lots of local deliver and safe places to walk and stretch legs. Bonus of the two car garage and quiet backyard and a propane grill. Will be back and looking to rent other properties with this fantastic host. House had all the needs covered and was wellFurnished!
