Soucy 2 is perfect for families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 8 guests with its three bedrooms and well-appointed full bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own comfortable space.

The ambiance of Soucy 2 is warm and welcoming. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a sleeper sofa WIFI & cable TV. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed cable TV and access to a front deck overlooking Saco Bay. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a smart TV and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. All bedrooms have fans (no air conditioning but a nice ocean breeze). There is also a full bath with a tub-shower combo on the second floor.

Disappointing Cottage

Cannot recommend this tired cottage due to numerous non-working and broken items. Dishwasher broken (full of dirty dishes from previous guest) - contacted property manager but it was not fixed the entire stay. We bought and used paper goods all week. Leaking hose on kitchen sink soaked the counter when the faucet was turned on. No kitchen linens for hand washing any item. No washer or dryer for cleaning bathroom towels. Television didn't work - notified the property manager who sent repairman third day. Six fans were available for the 100 temp, but 2 were broken. Only four plastic Adirondack chairs available to take to the beach - not sure what we would have done if there had been guests in the other half of the cottage. We had fun in the area and enjoyed the beach, but the cottage problems were a huge disappointment. Expected better. Rent elsewhere.
