Direct access to the Sarthe river. 300 m from the city center. Close to sports, cultural activities and the train station.
Gîte completely restored with great taste for 2 people in an exceptional setting on the banks of the river, very quiet, close to shops with a view of the castle.
You will be charmed by this peaceful and warm environment.
The gîte includes on the ground floor a living room with lounge area, dining area and equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, 2 vitro hobs, microwave). A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, 1 bed 140.
Private closed parking.
Beds made on arrival. Heating included. Cleaning fee extra for professionals €50.
