The "Concan House" has 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 30 people. Each bedroom includes its own private bath and entry.
Outside has a spacious covered patio and Casita with an extra refrigerator and large flat screen tv with satellite and a half bathroom.
The 15 x 30 sports pool with volleyball net has a large sundeck.

This beautiful home has a gorgeous, serene view that backs up to the golf course. Outdoors you will find a BBQ pit, fire pit to gather around, washer and horseshoe games to enjoy.
Inside is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, 2 coffee pots and plenty of pantry space. Big Flat Screen tv in main room with satellite and a washer and dryer for you to conveniently use. No Pets allowed and outside smoking only.
Free River access through Frio Country Resort a mile away. Close to Elm Creek Stables and Garner State Park are only a short distance away.
All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.
For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We advise you bring additional for your stay.
