Our experience with Frio Family Getaway was top notch. I had a few problems with my card while booking, and Nicole went above and beyond to take care of them and confirm my booking. She responded timely and took care of everything. Check-in was a breeze, and all the information we needed about what to bring and what was supplied was provided! We loved the house - especially the pool, hot tub and outdoor area!
