Einfach - Alles super! Die Lage des Hotels, Sauberkeit und Komfort, das sauberste und bequemste Bett, alle ausgewählten Kosmetik-Produkte sind von sehr guter Qualität und verursachen keine Allergien etc. „Begrüßung“ - sehr lecker, Kühlschrank ist voll, der Kaffeemaschine - einfach klasse. In diesem Hotel ist alles bis ins kleinste Details durchdacht und noch mehr. Das junge Personal, das sehr gediegen und mit toller Qualität „aus der Haut geht“, fährt alle Bahnen, damit wir (Gäste) zufrieden sind. Ich wiederhole es noch einmal - sehr würdevoll, nicht aufdringlich und mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl. Wir verließen früh morgens das Haus und bekamen eine riesige Tüte (Frühstück) mit, und es war alles dabei: kleine frische Belegte-Brötchen, Croissant, eine Schachtel frische Beeren, Wasser, Servietten.. - "wie von Oma". Vielen vielen Dank!

Gourmet Aufenthalt

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Qualität des Zimmerservice. Das Essen wird im Sternerestaurant zubereitet und war das Beste was wir als Zimmerservice in den letzten Jahren gegessen haben. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem eine Reise wert.

accueil très sympathique à notre arrivée au parking de l'hotel assuré par un personnel attentionné, chambre trés calme,avec confort optimal,petit dejeuner servi à table, composé avec originalité et gout. Emplacement privilégié proche du centre ville. Globalement tès satisfait de notre séjour à "l esplanade"! Nous reviendrons,cela est sur !

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Das Zimmer war modern und komfortabel eingerichtet inkl. H2O und einer Nespressomaschine. Das Frühstück war exzellent. Das Restaurant spricht mit 2 Sternen sowieso für sich. Einziges Manko des Hauses: Es gibt keinen Wellness- und Fitnessbereich. Die ist aber sicher den baulichen Gegebenheiten geschuldet. Alles in allem ist das Hotel uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
